The LMX 48 provides an 4 x 8 analog I/O, 4 × 8 AES3 digital I/O, 8 × 8 Dante networked I/O and two interfaces of AES50 where up to 24 channels from the up to 96 AES50 channels can be selected and used as inputs or outputs – this makes the signal routing very flexible. The 16 input routers have four fully programmable priorities for redundant input operation and provide seamless failover between the inputs.

  • Up to 38 audio input channels and 44 output channels directly routable. 16 input routers with 4 failover levels each can be matrix mixed into 8 LAKE MESA or 4 LAKE CONTOUR channels with up to 12 processed outputs.
  • Console switching/mixing with Input Scenes. Recall Scene through front panel, Lake Controller or a custom-made switching device through the internal GPI port
  • High-performance Lake digital audio system processor for unparalleled loudspeaker management and system control
  • Full system control via Lake Controller touch-screenoptimized software application
  • Raised Cosine Equalization plus linear phase, classic, FIR crossover and Lake XP capability including dedicated FIR for array optimization and multiband/limiter compressor for ultimate sound-shaping abilities
  • Configurable Lake groups offers simultaneous non-destructive parameter adjustments across all Lake platforms
  • 4 x industry standard XLR providing 4 analog inputs with Iso-Float ground isolation OR 2 x AES3 inputs with up to 192 kHz sampling frequency with individual sample rate converter per AES3 input in addition to 2 extra analog inputs
  • 8 x industry standard XLR providing 8 analog outputs with Iso-Float ground isolation OR 4 x AES3 outputs with up to 192 kHz sampling frequency in addition to 4 extra analog outputs.
  • 5 x RJ45 ports provide 8 x 8 channels of dual redundant Dante/AES67 interfaces and remote configuration via Lake Controller and Dante Controller software. One of the ports has PoE+
